You Could Win…

1. Dining pic entries MUST be submitted online only via the Facebook URL page: Somers Point Restaurant Week: Nov. 1-10, 2019. Deadline submitted by 11-11 by 12 am to qualify.

2. Entries should/but not disqualified if not have the #sprw19 listed in the post.

3. Each individual restaurant dining pic will only count as one entry post. The amount of restaurants you post dining pics of will match the entries earned. e.g. Post 2 different restaurants and earn two entry chances. Post 2 pics from same rest. and earn only one entry chance.

4. All entries will be submitted and a WINNER will be drawn on 11-13-19. Winner will be notified on 11-13-19 by Instant message through FB by Pat Hurst.

5. The prize of a $300 Gift Basket will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected if a Winner cannot be notified, fails to respond to the prize notification with two (2) days.

Eligibility – the promotion is open to all legal residents of Atlantic County, Cape May County and Cumberland County , except committee members of SPRA, and their immediate families, affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate or win any prizes.

Redemption Requirements – The Winner grants permission to have his or her name, city photograph and or likeness used in any manner SPRA may deem appropriate for advertising and/or promotional purposes. All entry pics become the property of SPRA and will be shared on website.

Interpretation of Rules – SPRA is the sole interpreter of the Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and that the decisions of SPRA are final. In its sole discretion, the SPRA may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or part of this promotion should any virus , bug, non-authorized intervention or other cause beyond the SPRA’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion.
